One of the things that has helped me as I venture deeper into the world of photography has been the wealth of information that other photographers have shared publicly. This sharing usually takes place via some social media format like Faceboook or Google+ (particularly G+). With information being so open and so quick, many of these photographers share great tips and tricks via blogs, videos, diagrams and other formats.
Photographers That Influence Me
To encourage the same type of interaction with anyone that may be viewing my portfolio or blog, I am hoping to share my information and knowledge on this site. While some of this information will be my own personal opinion or how I came up with solutions to a problem, much of this information will simply be in the form of sharing links and tutorials that I found useful. To get started, I encourage you to 1) signup for Google+ and 2) follow these professional photographers:
+Trey Ratcliff (The man who put HDR photography on the map)
+Elena Kalis (Amazing underwater photographer)
+RC Concepcion (Shares some of his best information)
+Robert Scoble (Social media and photography guru)
+Scott Kelby (photographer and photoshop guru)
There are a lot more G+ people out there so don’t think that this is an all inclusive list…it’s just a few of those that I feel have a lot to offer.
